Even I have a fein multimaster complaints that the blade is quite expensive. But in overall I still choose it.

I’m glad I spent a little extra money and bought the Fein! The shop I worked for has a bosch sonicrafter and the batteries quality is very bad.

The fein multi top is very powerful, it makes short work of cutting projects. The quick change feature is very good. this tool has proven itself to be invaluble on installation, I use fein fmm 250q muliple times a day.

Cut some holes for ventilation in the attic was quickly and easily, without a starter hole using an independent tool for creation. Fine sanding frame for restaining was a breeze! In this way, by hand (and not) is just annoying, but is time consuming and frustrating if you can not get in the seams and corners.

Multi Master had had no problems, and the sandpaper velcro makes the confirmation of the tool set-up easily. The drawbaks only: price, weight and noise. You should wear hearing protection when using the tool. The weight is easily tire is on a long track on which the tool is used overhead, but it is precisely to allow the tool to do the work in the barns. The course fee is very high. It ‘definitely worth the price, if a large number of projects in which the instrument works best (or cut into panels and detail sanding skirting example). Yet the one-time users are reluctant to spend so much.

Fein multimaster top is worth the extra money, eventhough accessories and blades are quite expensive.

fein multimaster top Fmm 250q I have this tool when it was predecessor to the “multimaster” before it was called “Fein MultiMaster top“. It’s superb, saves a lot of time with the precise triming and cutting. Best tool, when I removed mouldings it cuts right through nails but never marks the wood, cutout wood for larger wood boxes , It has a better control than a Roto Zip tool, and Roto-Zip tools can’t reach like the metal – wood blade did and makes less mess, dust when cuting all materials. I cannot imagine I will finish this work without fein multimaster top it’s as handy as a Milwaukee Sawzall but for smaller, more precise cuts. I give Grade A+, Fein did it again. FEIN is the best tool ever.

Fein versus Bosh: I feel that there are 3 reasons to buy the Fein multimaster over the Bosch. They are:
1) Accessories-the Fein tools has a lot more accessories and some are impossible to fake. (By the wat the new star accessories are NOT COMPATABLE with the Bosch!)
2) Corded; It is more powerful tool than bosch and faster cuts particularly in heavy materials like metal.
3) Fein multimaster top has good dust control system.

Dremel multimax Tool rating

1. Ergonomics – 5-stars. Ergonomically, this tool is well in hand. Not too big, with enough weight to feel like a quality tool. I have the Fein Multi-Master, the bigger and heavier than the Dremel. But I like the feeling Dremel.

2. Power – 5-stars. Although I cut through relatively easy to cut pine, the tool never felt under power. For most projects for which you are using this tool, I do not think the power will be a problem. The ability of the material is probably caused by the blade used (applies to all SAW).

3. Durability -?-Star. Time will tell. My guess is that the change of heart is the first road to the end if frequently changing leaves.

4. Blade change feature – 2-star. In the era of rapid change in leaf all missed the mark with a Dremel bolt conventional hexagonal configuration. It is a slow process of changing from one to another sheet. This is fine if the tool has a clear limit.

5. Carrying Case – 5-stars. Strikingly beautiful, well made, attractive and a couple of shovels.

6. Cable length – 3-stars. It is 6 ‘feet in length and quality AVG. Be good if more and more rubber, plastic (not just unroll as you would expect from a good quality power tool). However, the tools with long cables may have some baggage.

7. Dremel Customer Service – 5-stars. My experience has exceeded my expectations. Other companies should be aware.

8. Price – 4 stars. In the event, you know, Fein had the patent on oscillating saw to 30 September 2008. This is why the $ 400 + cost of all these years. On 1 October Dremel, Bosch, Chicago and comes with all versions of the competition. The Chicago version is on sale at the loading port for $ 39, while the Bosch (drums) is just under $ 200. With nearly U.S. $ 100, the Dremel is the probability that a little more than cheap, but still a decent value. I suppose that once Hitachi, Makita, Milwaukee, Ridge and others to act, the price will be closer to 50 U. S. dollar. Your money is the replacement blades.

does the Fein multimaster tool measure up? Well, it is a little bit expensive for what it is and the high price replacement blades will cause you an

amount of money. However, it has the distinction of doing what no other competitors can do. Not a joke, this tool reminds me of BMW M3.

Should I recommend this one? If you can avoid the tool I would say no, but as I told you it has many function that no other brand I know of has. If

other company make a cheaper knock-off of the fein multi I would buy it in a second being a DIYer. For a professional guy it is worth your money.
