This tool is not as good as I expected. I would not buy this if I know about it before. Actually I already returned it . The major problem is not how as which bosch multimaster tool can do it smoothly. It is about the the battery life time. In addition, the batteries in this multi toolswere very difficult to remove, I sometime must disassemble the bosch multi-x tool to remove its battery .
I bought the Bosch soniccrafter tool, because I neede to make some modifications to the hardwood for extending my stair . To finish this job this I went through three batteries before the job done!
Each multi tool battery lasts long about 4-6 minutes before it die. With this battery life, it just can say that this tool are unusable. If bosch multi-x had a corded version then I would think about it again.
The only 1 thing I really like is because of it is compatible with most other attachments (Such as the Fein multimaster accessories) . Overall I give this tool 2.5 stars only!
Fein multimaster is another story. It is a perfect tool. Fein FMM250q has a lot of power to finish the cutting and scraping. I always use it to cut hardwood . Fein will save your time .

For my recommendation from best first… Rockwell sonicrafter > Fein multimaster then bosch multimaster
