After much research and reading a few shootings a “best oscillating tool”, I decided that although the instrument Fein multimaster top finally seemed to be the best, Rockwell was worth trying to test because it is less than half the price and greater quantity of slides Fein include charges and arm and a leg. The only reason I am giving four instead of five stars is that I have nothing to compare the long term.
Guys, I’m happy with rockwell sonic crafter, I decided to do this. Cut holes for electrical boxes and carefully cut a piececasting some kitchen tiles were both a breeze.
Other issues with which the blades off, but I have not had this problem. I am a businessman by profession, so maybe it’s a matter of taste to shake things right and not rush through things. This is important because most of the tools you need patience to let the tool do the work. Attempt to force a cut and the blade was used until ready. But let them do the work and you get a decent life for all. Rockwell offersan adapter to use blades of the machine to another machine on this well-designed.
I tried the Dremel multi tool, which was lighter and works well (no Fein). But would not last a week on site at the Rockwell is something that I was in my truck, without a thought and a plan to get another to keep at work.
The instrument still feels well made and well designed when you hold in your hands. The Dremel is lighter, but I’m taking a long-term reliability and more weight every day. Time is money and although Iuntil now had to order online new blades, like blades of Rockwell are not readily available yet, they can be found here and other sites to start with easily.
The Rockwell Sony crafter RK5107k ,RK5108K tool comes with a plastic box containing a few pieces of the blades and sanding finger, etc. So if you go for quick, you know, you can let the big box home and take only small .
The only problem I faced with all these Rockwell Sony crafter RK5107k rockwell RK5108K sonicrafter tools is that you cut as many nails as they say on TVadvertising. But thats advertising and always will be. The trick is to have your nails tight and stable not oscillate with the machine. It ‘really a place where you must leave the oll do the job. Heats. But if you use it non stop, and you will rarely need polishing eacute, should last a long time. I had no problems with mine yet, but one or two people have reported problems with Rockwells customer service. I do not know. But I would buy the same toolagain if given the choice, no doubt with this tool, Rockwell sony crafter RK5108k !
