The case came with handy storage box to hold blades + sand paper. I can use it to store the ear plugs. The main cons of this tool is the battery usage time: At full power they can last about ten minutes only.
Each multi-X comes with two batteries, a new handicap. You will need 4 batteries to ensure a pattern of work without a power failure [30 minutes for each battery]. Bosch has a new design with longer battery life. The batteries are difficult to remove from the mold as well. The solution: the attachment tabs on each side of the battery. Only 1 mm plastic should be removed. This allows easy removal of the battery from the Multi-X. Bosch Multi-X is about one pounds lighter than the other instruments. This way you can with one hand.
